This is a new section for me here and it's come about from the many emails I get plus the people I talk to each day. A friend confided to me the other day that he had sex with someone he knew because they went out to a movie together and then a few drinks and she then got drunk. I found it a little curious that here was opportunity rather than motive. They've known each other for a long time. They were friends. There was not even a hint of anything romantic between them. They went out because neither of them had anything to do that Friday and then went for a drink because neither wanted to go home early. Then things took the course they did. He is now worried what to do. I think he possibly took advantage of her though without knowing just how drunk she was who can really know and he had had a bit to drink too so his judgment was not sound. What do you think he should do and (here comes a loaded question) what would you have done in his shoes?

Alisa I know you will think me a cad but it really depends on how sexy she is. If she's really hot and they both got drunk and she never said no, then no harm no foul. It's something they both wanted,right? The alcohol was just the excuse.
